My work is about “Ambiguous objects,” a concept for objects without a specified function. It drives by the subject matter and form. The purpose of my studio practice is to seek a possibility that blurs the boundary of function and form. The form derives from my observation and curiosity in my quotidian life. I transform it into a physical body without a specific function intention. In this way, the object I create becomes something unidentified. Without the limitation of function, this ambiguous object invites audiences to explore the possibilities of use in their way.
